The operators of SponsrGrid are independent administrative service providers and are not licensed immigration attorneys in the United States, the United Kingdom, or any other global jurisdiction. No actions taken on this platform constitute the unauthorized practice of law (UPL).
SponsrGrid cross-references potential employment leads utilizing publicly accessible registries (such as the UK Home Office Sponsor Register or public US H-1B disclosure data). We do not guarantee the real-time accuracy, corporate hiring changes, or sudden compliance modifications of external employers.
Our operations desk manually reviews and submits standard employment applications (resumes, cover letters, or job board fields) solely based on data provided directly by you -- including resumes and CVs; educational credentials and academic certificates (degrees, transcripts, and similar records); and work history and employment verification documents (offer letters, reference letters, and similar records). Our team will never touch, fill out, or submit government immigration visas or legal work authorization forms on your behalf.
By accessing our systems, you acknowledge that job placement depends on market conditions and employer decisions. SponsrGrid provides no absolute guarantee of securing a job offer or legal visa sponsorship.
Our collection and use of the documents and information described above is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to create an account or use SponsrGrid's services.
SponsrGrid retains all rights in its platform, software, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of the documents and information you submit; by submitting them, you grant SponsrGrid a limited license to use, process, and generate documents from that content solely to provide the services described here. Documents SponsrGrid generates for you are licensed to you for your own personal use in job and education applications.
Educational, employment, and identity documents you submit are used solely to deliver the services described in these Terms and are not shared with third parties beyond what is reasonably necessary to submit an application on your behalf, without your consent.
In addition to suspension for non-payment under Section 5, SponsrGrid may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or fraudulent or abusive conduct. You may terminate your account at any time by written notice to admin@sponsrgrid.com, subject to any fees already due under Section 5.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SponsrGrid's total liability arising from your use of the services is limited to the fees you paid to SponsrGrid in the three (3) months preceding the claim, and SponsrGrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, consistent with Section 6.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SponsrGrid regarding the services.
