Is the success fee separate from the monthly program fee?
Yes. The monthly fee covers matching, tailoring, compliance screening, and human-reviewed submissions from day one — regardless of outcome. The 10% success fee only applies once you accept a qualifying sponsored job offer, and is paid in three equal monthly installments starting 30 days after your start date.
What does the 10% success fee apply to?
10% of your first year's gross base salary/remuneration on the qualifying offer — not a recurring or lifetime percentage, and not owed at all if you're not placed.
Is there a minimum commitment?
The program runs a mandatory baseline of three consecutive months, billed monthly, before it can be cancelled — matching against your visa path, compliance screening, and tailoring all continue throughout.
How is the monthly fee paid?
By wire transfer against a reference code we provide, verified by our team once received.
